What pre-cautions are you taking amidst the COVID-19 outbreak?
We're working harder than ever to ensure that we're able to continue supporting keto'ers in their endeavor for a happier and healthier life.
We're still fully operational and shipping KetoKrates on our regular schedule.
Our distribution center is sanitizing surfaces according to CDC guidelines and has implemented shifts to maximize physical distancing during operations.
We're in close communication with our suppliers to ensure that their food production facilities are following all CDC and FDA guidelines and will not work with suppliers who do not comply.

How many carbs are in the products?
Our golden rule for products is that they must be 5g or less of net carbs per serving.
Most Krates are moade up of products that are in the 0-2g of net carbs with a product or two getting close to the 5g net per serving rule.

What about ingredients? Do you include sweeteners or sugar alcohols?
KetoKrate is gluten-free, aspartame-free, and maltitol free. We’re soy and sucralose conscious.
For Soy, we'll only include products that don't list soy as the main ingredient. Things that use soy for flavoring or binders (soy lecithin) may still be included.
For sucralose, we'll only include sucralose if it's in a product with otherwise high nutritional value (good macros). If it's purely a sucralose candy product, we won't include it.
We do include products that use approved alternative sweeteners like erythritol, xylitol, monk fruit, chicory root, allulose, and stevia.
Are your products Vegan? Kosher? Dairy free? Gluten free? Peanut free?
KetoKrate is not vegan, dairy-free, peanut-free, nut-free or Kosher.
Why would I join KetoKrate when I can just get the keto snacks I want at the store?
Most of the snacks you’ll find in KetoKrate cannot be found in your local stores. We mostly work with smaller companies just getting started in the keto space who have not yet formed distribution relationships with local retailers.
Even if you were to buy them all online you’d really rack up shipping charges.
Finally, it’s just a heck of a lot of fun to get surprise keto snacks in the mail every month. We also include digital access to discounts codes, a unique recipe, and a motivational success story with each KetoKrate.
When does KetoKrate ship?
When you signup we will ship out your first Krate the next business day. Your ongoing renewal will depend on what part of the month you signed up. If you signed up between the 1st and 19th of the month then you will be rebilled the next month on the 3rd with you receiving your KetoKrate a couple days later. If you signed up between the 20th and end of the month then you will be rebilled the next month on the 15th with you receiving your KetoKrate a couple days later.
